Here is a recipe I really like and as stated above use the cut and type of meat you prefer.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds freshly ground pork(your choice)
- 3/4 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 tablespoon powdered sage
- 3/4 tablespoon fresh ground Cayenne pepper
- 1/8 cup finely chopped garlic
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with your hands and form into 3" patties.
- Cook in a skillet until nicely browned.
- Serves 20.
